The NINPO TRADITION...

Building off the Foundations stick fighting program, the Ninja Fitness Program will incorporate additional warrior skills and historical weapons. Modern movies and media have greatly distorted the Ninja. In reality, Ninja's rarely wore black but rather tried to blend in to every environment, often using disguise. Our Ninja Fitness program builds off the true Ninja tradition. It is the most demanding program in terms of time and focus but it will include valuable skills such as unarmed combat, climbing, and escape. Don't expect to find any theatrical or fancy techniques. The modern evolution of the Ninja is simply about learning to survive and win, whatever "disguise" you might wear each day to work.
