Samurai Fitness Program

 
 

THe samurai tradition...

Building off the Foundations stick fighting program, the Samurai Fitness Program will incorporate additional Japanese weapons such as the Katana (long sword) and Wakizashi (short sword). You will learn drills and combinations with these weapons and practice controlled sparring with bamboo Shinai like those used in Kendo competitions. Eventually you will learn to wield the sword with lighting speed against multiple targets or opponents.
