The Viking tradition...

Building off the Foundations stick fighting program, the Viking Fitness Program will incorporate additional warrior skills and historical weapons. The Viking program incorporates an increased emphasis on strength training, power building, swimming and aquatic fitness. The Viking workouts are also shorter and more intense, focusing less on long-workouts and endurance. This also makes the Viking program easier to integrate into busy lifestyles and fits with the Viking "work hard... play hard," mindset.
